Jogging to reduce my weight

Ternyata terlalu gemuk dan kelebihan berat badan agak menyiksa yah. selama ini saya nggak pernah ngerasa karena barat badan saya selalu di range 64-68...Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk jalan kaki atau joging pagi hari, udah sehat murah lagi...kan gratis, hahaha...kena matahari pagi dan oksigen nya itu yang nggak ada dua nya, nggak bisa di dapet kalo ikut fitness di gym...jangan lupa minum air putih yang cukup - katanya jangan minum air putih sambil berdiri yah? saya juga belum tau sih apa bener karena selama ini saya nggak pernah mempermasalahkan minum duduk atau berdiri.

Internet Service Provider Bermasalah

Duh akhirnya bisa blogging lagi setelah kemaren seharian Internet Service Provider gue yang inisialnya * ngadat...telpon-telpon ke customer servicenya untung lumayan gampang masuk, yang pertama disaranin scan Virus soalnya katanya komputernya kena virus - nggak ngaruh, kedua telpon dicatet aja katanya mo ada teknisi yang dateng - gak dateng, ketiga diterima sama mbak M - ngomongnya sih nggak serius tapi lumayan helpfull dia reset deh tuh modem - masih juga nggak ngaruh, akhirnya modem + router saya copot dari listrik...

Besok paginya (hari ini) saya coba lagi eh sukur bisa jalan dan udah kenceng lagi (kayak namanya...oops!!!) ternyata Reena telpon dari jalan kalo ada mobil teknisi lagi dideket blok rumah...Yah lumayan BeTe...gak bisa trading gak bisa blogging...

LG - LCD TV MY DREAM TV

I told reena that we need a new TV - We discuss a lot about LCD or conventional TV for our new TV...and so we go window shopping to the electronic store in the town...we look for several TV brand that we think got a good quality, and then we decide to have LG LCD TV as our next TV - but then again...it still only in my dream eventhough it's the cheapest TV among all brand...I still haven't got the money...LOL

Traveling With Garuda Indonesia

Back in the day, I preffer Garuda Indonesia for domestic air travel in Indonesia. You'll have to pay more but Garuda got the best services in Indonesia in my opinion...the other airways are also good in services but I still prefer Garuda on my mind for airways in Indonesia...Well these are couple picture of our trip with Garuda last year...

Jakarta : Korean Restaurant, Bee Bim Bap at Pondok Indah Mall

This me, Reena and Dida look for Baby Box again at ITC Fatmawati...but this time we decide to buy the Graco Baby Box. After that we feel hungry then we go to Pondok Indah Mall 2...there we do our favourite activity, which is eat...eat and eat...this we choose Bee Bim Bap - a Korean restaurant of course at the 3rd floor of Pondok Indah Mall 2...We ordered 2 small bee bim bap...1 portion of Kim chi and a Korean Rice Ball...I personaly recomend the bee bim bap (small one) they also have the hot plate version but I think the portion is too big...for the price...it's about Rp. 30.000 - 50.000 include drink...for standard menu...

Im so Hungry..........I want to eat now!!! No don't eat our baby Ren...The Kimchi taste good although it's a little bit too hotBee Bim Bap...A Korean Sprout, 3/4 cooked egg, Some Vegetables, Rice, Sitake Mushroom

Jakarta : Breakfast at Ruko Blok A Cinere

Pagi-pagi keluar rumah...akhirnya makan di Ruko Blok A Cinere...Mau makan Dim Sum tapi rame banget - emang enak sih rasanya harganya juga terjangkau...akhirnya makan Lontong Cap Gomeh - biasa aja soalnya cuer...kalo lebih kentel enak...agak lumayan harganya...terus kita pindah tempat ke masakan Manado...pesen Bubur Manado - Enak, Es Kacang Merah - Enak...masakan Manadonya enak - lumayan kalo emang kangen dibanding harus ke daerah Moestopo atau Panglima Polim pagi pagi (belum buka juga sih...) harganya juga lumayan murah...Oh iya For Your Information...yang paling laku di sini Dim Sum sama Zuppa Soup, satu lagi sambil makan kita bisa di hibur oleh sinden...lumayan sih bagus mainnya...asal jangan lupa perhatiin aja kalo dia main...biar bener-bener menjiwai...
