what Is Service?

I'm writing this because I made a conversation with someone, and we discuss about service. When it comes to describing the meaning of service we get a little bit confused. So what is service actually?

Service...a common word people used for doing something for some one else. But how do you describe service? well service has 3 important components :

Speed
When yo need some help the you'll ask how long will you do it. eg: you got to a bank to open an account or transfer money, you'll ask how long does it take? The faster the better right? you don't want to spend your time for only opening an account or wait a month to get your money transfered to your family or business partner?

Accuracy
This is the most important thing. Ok you process the money transfer application fast but you do it wrongly - then it cannot delivered on time. The service must be done accurately.

Comfortable
This component hold an important role also. When you help somebody you'll have to make sure they are comfortable with our help, if they're comfortable doing business with us then they will repeatly doing the same thing or other things with us. This will make a person your customer.

So whenever you are doing service for somebody remember this 3 things Speed, Acuracy and Comfortable
